The goal of investing is to provide a consistent return without taking any risks. Several investment instruments are available in our nation, ranging from shares or debentures to insurance contracts. The kind of investment chosen is determined by the investor's risk tolerance and income level. Mutual funds are a new and exciting way to invest since they offer diversified investment options, consistent returns, and low risk. However, there is a very low level of awareness of it among our nation's population. Many have been compelled to avoid or even choose not to engage in this type of investment due to their unclear understanding of the matter. The purpose of this study is to determine the degree of mutual fund awareness among Indian investors and to recommend more effective ways to raise that awareness.
