In recent years, Robotic Process Automation (RPA) has become more than just a trendy term. Its ability to enhance efficiency can potentially revolutionize operations in various industries. This research focuses on how RPA can improve efficiency by simplifying repetitive tasks, enhancing accuracy, and overcoming operational challenges. There are numerous examples of how RPA can be used in real-world situations in different industries, such as banking, healthcare, and retail. The research talks about possible obstacles in implementing RPA, both technical and administrative, and suggests ways to overcome them. As we anticipate the fusion of RPA and AI, the paper accentuates the necessity for continuous investigation and responsible integration of RPA, which could drastically modify business operations and reshape the work landscape. The research concludes with a promising perspective on the evolution of RPA and its likely repercussions on employment patterns.
