Abstract

Despite the consequent shock after shock that Gaza went through till the war started on October 7th, 2023, Gazans continue to be resilient. Breaking the chain of resilience has been the main focus of the occupation which wants to make sure that the ability of Gazans and the Palestinians in general remain crippled. Based on a thorough review of all the available resilient programs that have been applied or proposed for Gaza, the researchers put forward a radical framework that would ensure the resilience agility is set forth to raise the capacity as per the coming stage of the Palestinian road towards freedom. The implication of this work would help the Gaza Authority and its stakeholders to be more focused on what would make Gaza and Gazans withstand the next coming waves of challenges and shocks. More field research is recommended to refine the proposed model in this study and ensure its effective implementation.
