The organizations identifying the financial strength and weaknesses of the firm to know the financial performance. Financial ratio analysis is the calculation and comparison of ratios which are derived from the information in the company’s financial statements. The level of financial condition of the organization can be used to make inferences about the strength of the organization. The liquidity position of the industry, future profitability of companies ability to meet their claims for investors to know the present, future of financial structure and management in all aspects of the financial analysis. It is company’s management is responsibility to maintain the hum financial condition. The IT industry of India is a dynamic and vibrant sector. With its roots tracing back to the industry has grown exponentially transforming India in to a global IT powerhouse.
