Abstract

Nowadays the role of IT and its other important wings played a dominant role in providing not only employment opportunities to the larger segment of academics but also a critical factor in determining their future livelihood pattern. Most of the young and dynamic graduates (Ph.D’s in this field) ambition is to enter into this job not only for attractive salary but also a prestigious position in the society. Their first and foremost selection of the state in the universe is only USA country. Then only it is called as their ‘Dreamland’ of graduates in India. The new field in industry like AI and data science also widens their spectrum of job preferences. It paves the way for new and advanced avenues in this field also make their work in a quicker and easier manner without taking much effort and stain. Leading international IT companies take stringent measures to update their knowledge and skill thro’ some training programmes. Work from home is also a new concept which creates a conducive atmosphere among the workers to do their work in a better and quicker manner. The attitude, tendency and also ambition are only barriers among male and female. Very recently data science in this field attract more science graduates/ apart from technical ones. Most of the IT professionals in leading institutes like IITs, NIT (REC), ISS (Indian Institute of Science) and other notable premier institutes in India are having prestigious aluminous in the world level. They played a remarkable role in attracting new ones to prefer only in IT industry. The remarkable initiative undoubtly catalyses the persuit of academic excellence.
