LEADERSHIP STYLES IN MODERN WORKPLACES- A REVIEW

Leadership and Management in the modern workplace have a huge impact on the environment of any company were use a good understanding of them. For the well-being of a company of course leadership and management are required for this. Management is important for the good work of all the employees and also the good communication for a company, all manager work differently but have the same goals which are to provide better results than before. Leadership take also an important place in the management because every company needs an appropriate type of leadership for the well-being of the company. Leadership can be provided by different form and also depend on different important points For example the culture of the company, numbers of employees or even the result of the company. During the history of Leadership and Management for the company, several theory or approaches were created and used with different results to give the right way to people to manage and lead their employees.
