This paper explores the philosophical doctrines of Hedonism and Existentialism, focusing on their implications for human life and personal fulfillment. Hedonism posits that the ultimate goal of life is the pursuit of pleasure, while Existentialism grapples with themes of individuality, freedom, and the inherent absurdity of life. By examining the interplay between these two philosophies, this paper aims to uncover their shared and divergent perspectives on meaning, existence, and the human experience. Ultimately, it argues for a synthesis of Hedonistic enjoyment and Existentialist authenticity as a pathway to a fulfilling life, highlighting the necessity of balancing pleasure with purpose. Furthermore, the paper explores the contemporary relevance of both hedonism and existentialism, analyzing how they continue to influence modern philosophical discourse and everyday life, from consumerist culture to existential crises in an increasingly complex world. By synthesizing key ideas from both philosophies, this research highlights the diverse ways in which individuals seek pleasure, purpose, and authenticity in their lives, offering a nuanced understanding of the human condition and its ongoing search for meaning.
