Abstract

This descriptive quantitative study aims to examine the impact of gender sensitivity on employee engagement and turnover. A survey questionnaire was utilized to gather data from a sample of employees working in diverse industries. Descriptive statistical analysis was employed to explore the relationship between gender sensitivity and employee outcomes. The results indicate that gender sensitivity has a positive effect on employee engagement, as organizations that promote gender sensitivity experience higher levels of employee engagement. Furthermore, the study finds that gender sensitivity programs can significantly reduce turnover rates. The study's implications suggest that gender sensitivity programs are crucial in creating a more inclusive and supportive workplace environment that fosters employee satisfaction and retention. The study concludes by highlighting the need for future research to investigate the impact of gender sensitivity on various other employee outcomes.
