This research explores the socio-economic impact of the "Chief Minister Majhi Ladki Baheen" scheme on women beneficiaries in Maharashtra. Through a survey of program participants, key dimensions such as employment opportunities, income generation, entrepreneurship, financial planning, health awareness, and social mobility were assessed. Findings indicate a strong positive influence on participants' confidence, access to education, and decision-making power, with significant improvements in skill development and community participation. Despite minor challenges in areas like immediate financial gains and access to credit, the overall response reflects high satisfaction and support for the scheme's continuation. Based on these insights, targeted recommendations are provided to enhance the scheme's effectiveness, sustainability, and broader socio-economic benefits for women. This study contributes valuable data to inform future policy improvements for empowering women through government-led welfare programs.
