This study investigates the influence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on human resource management (HR) strategies in the contemporary digital era. It examines the transformative effects of AI, data analytics, and automation on talent management processes including recruitment, employee development, and workforce planning. This study elucidates the advantages of these technologies, such as enhanced efficiency and decision-making capabilities, while concurrently addressing challenges pertaining to privacy concerns, algorithmic bias, and potential workforce displacement. This research underscores the significance of ethical considerations in the implementation of AI-driven HR practices and proposes strategies for risk mitigation. Key ethical safeguards discussed include the establishment of clear policies and guidelines, implementation of human oversight and accountability mechanisms, and assurance of transparency and effective communication. This investigation helps to provide HR professionals with valuable insights for the effective utilization of AI technologies while maintaining fairness, transparency, and employee trust in the evolving landscape of workforce management.
