AN OMNI-CHANNEL E-COMMERCE MANAGEMENT APPLICATION FOR SMALL AND MEDIUM-SCALE ENTERPRISES (SMES) IN GHANA

The purpose of this paper is to present a comprehensive analysis of the development and implementation of an omni-channel e-commerce management system for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Ghana. The paper begins by examining the current state of e-commerce in Ghana and the challenges faced by SMEs in adopting and implementing effective e-commerce strategies. It then explores the concept of omni-channel e-commerce and the benefits it can provide to SMEs, such as increased customer satisfaction and higher revenue generation.
The paper discusses the design and development of the omni-channel e-commerce management system, including the integration of various channels such as online marketplaces, social media platforms, and physical stores. It also examines the system architecture and the technologies used in its development, such as cloud computing and mobile applications.
The paper presents a case study of an SME in Ghana that implemented the omni-channel e-commerce management system and analyzes the impact it had on the business, including increased sales and customer engagement.
