Abstract

This paper explores the transformative potential that lies within the HR data for strategic decision-making, by leveraging an HR dataset for comprehensive analyses and data visualization. In this study we aim to showcase how the fusion of analytics and visualization not only enriches our understanding of HR dynamics but also empowers HR professionals to proactively shape their workforce strategies through data driven understanding. The central theme of this study is the application of data visualization techniques, showcasing the power of visual representations in revealing complex HR patterns. The paper presents several examples with the help of visualizations that could be useful in understanding various key factors that affect the workforce and their performance by discussing the various ways in which every visualization can be interpreted and be used for data driven decision making.
