ORGANIZATIONAL CLIMATE AND PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEES OF SELECTED STAR HOTELS AT COIMBATORE DISTRICT

In the 20th century the hotel industry are develop the spontaneously and it’s also crate the better opportunities to the employees. This study shows that an organisational climate and the performance of employees in the hotel industry. This aim of this paper is to understand the how the organisational climate will influence the employee performance in the hotels. The study instrument was distributed only to who are work in the hotel industries. In this instrument have eight variables and 65 statements the each questionnaire. After data collection the study check the reliability and then do the further analysis, it is t- test and correlation analysis for the completed data. This paper concluded that the employees are requiring the enhanced organisational climate then only they give better performance and productivity to the industry.
