Abstract

In the context of the continuously accelerating rate of change in the digital environment, the use of generative AI as part of the application modernization process of enterprise-wide systems is a transformative opportunity. This paper aims to reveal how the effective implementation of generative AI can boost cybersecurity structures and encourage innovativeness in organizations. Advanced threat detection and response systems can automate the processes that are required in identifying a threat, developing a signature, and disseminating the knowledge across the enterprise, optimizing enterprises’ defences against advanced threats. In addition, the creative function of generative AI keeps on contributing to further advancements because people can build upon the insights provided and enhance their software, user interfaces, and processes. Thus, this paper aims to illuminate the specific balances and opportunities associated with having utilized generative AI strategically, ranging from cybersecurity enhancements to perpetually active innovation within larger enterprise environments.
