Abstract

The present research article is going to discuss the design and deployment of an innovative anti-theft flooring system which will be based on Raspberry Pi technology. The system is modular and has a complex sensor integration comprised of PIR (Passive Infrared) sensors and piezo sensors, with the camera module mounted on a servo motor. The motion detector alerts the camera when the movement of unauthorized visitors is detected for 7 seconds. It then sends the video clip and the alarm that indicates about security issues to the owner via Telegram. The research details the overall system architecture, hardware parts, software implementation, and conclusive experimental outcomes, showing that the proposed anti-theft device is practical and effective.
