Abstract

This research paper identifies the applications of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the field of Human Resources (HR) management practices. AI has emerged as a transformative technology, offering numerous opportunities to enhance HR processes and improve overall organizational performance. This paper reviews existing literature to identify HR practices, training and development, and integration of AI with HRM. The objectives of the study are to analyze the benefits and challenges of AI adoption in HR, provide insights into successful AI implementation strategies, and offer recommendations for HR professionals to harness the full potential of AI. The paper concludes by highlighting the significant role AI can play in shaping the future of HR practices.
