Abstract

This paper explores the relationship between fiscal policy tools—such as taxation, government spending, and fiscal incentives—and corporate investment decisions in low-income countries. The analysis examines the effectiveness of fiscal policies in stimulating private sector investment, focusing on factors unique to these economies, including low savings rates, underdeveloped financial markets, and external debt. Insights are drawn from empirical data, prior literature, and trends observed in policy interventions. The study uses quantitative methods to illustrate key dynamics and offers policy recommendations for optimizing fiscal tools to support sustainable corporate growth.
